Temporary Admissions Services Representative

Job Description:

The Admissions Services Representative will typically answer a high-volume number of calls and emails throughout the day. These calls and emails range from general inquiries about Berklee to detailed questions about the application process including how/where to submit application materials. Some outgoing calls to applicants willbe required to support the colleges recruitment efforts.

A strong understanding of Admissions policies deadlines and procedures is required in addition to knowledge about Berklees academic offerings

Capabilities required include:

1) Organizational Skills - ability to complete multiple tasks while maintaining quality and attention to detail

2) Communication Skills - Ability to communicate in a clear and professional manner; ability to work well with others in a close working environment and assist faculty/staff with material requests. Excellent phone demeanor.

3) Understanding of the colleges policies deadlines and related Admissions information.

Pay Rate: $20/hour
