Teller Supervisor

Key Accountabilities

• Lead and supervise teller staff to ensure efficient customer-focused service.
• Perform and oversee customer banking transactions while resolving service inquiries.
• Coach and motivate tellers to identify customer needs and refer appropriate financial solutions.
• Ensure compliance with banking policies procedures and regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct regular cash counts and maintain operational accuracy of teller drawers and cash vault.
• Train develop and mentor team members on operational and service standards.
• Partner with the Branch Manager to maintain branch operational integrity and assist in their absence.
• Promote digital banking tools and customer channels to enhance the customer experience.

Education & Experience

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of customer service experience in a retail or banking environment.

Preferred:

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a financial or retail setting.
• Experience with cash handling and sales referral processes.
