Detailed Job Description (Roles and Responsibilities)

Mandatory Qualifications:

Onshore
Located in either Central or East Coast Time Zones (Overland Park or Maitland would be a plus)
Advanced knowledge of telecommunications systems terminology operational processes or network-service workflows
Strong experience with PHP and the Laravel framework
Experience developing modern frontend applications using
Proficiency with TypeScript JavaScript HTML and CSS
Experience using Tailwind CSS or a comparable utility-first CSS framework

Additional Qualifications:

Experience with Kubernetes container orchestration Docker or containerized application deployment
Experience modernizing legacy applications or incrementally migrating mature systems
Experience with network assurance processes for telecommunications (wireless preferred)
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes
Experience with RESTful APIs relational databases asynchronous processing caching and application monitoring
Familiarity with test automation including unit integration regression and end-to-end testing
Experience supporting high-availability operational tools or systems with strict uptime requirements
Knowledge of secure software development practices and production observability
Experience working in Agile Scrum Kanban or issue-driven development environments
