Technology Leadership Program –Data Science and AI (Scientist) NC

In this program you will:

• Develop and apply machine learning models and advanced statistical techniques to solve business problems

• Work with large and complex data sets to identify patterns trends and opportunities

• Design experiments build predictive and prescriptive models and support model validation efforts

• Translate business problems into analytical approaches and deliver solutions from concept to implementation

• Partner with data engineering and business teams to drive data-informed decision-making

• Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Take ownership of projects and contribute to delivering high-impact outcomes

• Collaborate across teams share insights and influence strategic decisions

• Build a network with program managers alumni senior leaders and peers

• Meet regularly with your department manager and program manager to receive personalized coaching and mentorship

What it takes:

• Masters MBA or relevant advanced degree in Data & Analytics Data Science Applied Mathematics Statistics Economics Computer Science or a related quantitative or analytical field

• Strong interest in machine learning AI and advanced analytics

• Experience with programming languages such as Python or SQL and familiarity with analytical or modeling tools

• Demonstrated leadership potential initiative and ability to take ownership of work

• Strong analytical communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team-oriented environment

• Cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher preferred
