Job Description
- Design develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web API and backend applications.
- Create and execute automated test scripts using Selenium Java TestNG/JUnit or similar automation tools.
- Develop and maintain API automation suites using Rest Assured Postman or equivalent tools.
- Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
- Perform functional regression integration and end-to-end testing.
- Analyze test execution results identify defects and work closely with development teams for resolution.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning stand-ups backlog grooming and retrospectives.
- Create and maintain test plans test cases and automation documentation.
- Ensure test coverage and quality metrics are maintained throughout the SDLC.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across business and technology organizations.
Required Skills
- 8 years of QA/Test Automation experience.
- Strong experience with Selenium WebDriver and Java.
- Experience with API Automation Testing using Rest Assured Postman or SOAP UI.
- Experience with TestNG JUnit Maven and Automation Framework Design.
- Strong SQL skills for backend data validation.
- Experience with Git Jenkins and CI/CD implementation.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong debugging and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
