Location: Durham NC
Shift schedule will be Monday-Friday 7am-3.30pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Working knowledge of electrical systems up to 480V or higher.
- Experience troubleshooting industrial controls PLCs and automation systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of arc flash safety electrical safe work practices and LOTO procedures.
- Proficient with electrical testing equipment including multimeters insulation testers and voltage detectors.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Essential Requirements:
- Valid State Electrical License (Journeyman or equivalent).
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Technical degree apprenticeship or vocational training in Electrical Technology preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience.
- Industrial manufacturing pharmaceutical biotech utility or facility maintenance experience.
- PLC troubleshooting experience (Allen-Bradley Siemens or similar).
- Experience with building automation systems (BAS/BMS).
- NFPA 70E First Aid CPR and AED certifications.
- Experience with CMMS software such as SAP PM Maximo or similar systems.
Novartis Compensation and Benefit Summary:
The salary for this position is expected to range between $37.02 and $68.75 per hourly.
The final salary offered isdeterminedbased on factors like but not limited to relevant skillsand experience and upon joiningNovartiswill be reviewed periodically. Novartis may change the publishedsalary range based on company and market factors.
Your compensation will include a performance-based cash incentive and depending on the level of therole eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards.
