• Pay Rate: $20 $25.00/hour starting rate plus overtime potential.
  
  
• Sign-on Bonus: $1200 sign-on bonus.

• Schedule: Full-time day shift (Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM) with rotating on-call/emergency response availability.

• Assist with extraction of standing water using pumps extractors and heavy-duty shop vacuum equipment.
  
  
• Set up monitor and tear down restoration equipment such as industrial air movers dehumidifiers and scrubbers.
  
  
• Perform demolition tasks when necessary (removing damaged drywall flooring trim and insulation).
  
  

• Help set up containment zones using plastic sheeting and negative air machines to prevent cross-contamination.
  
  
• Apply antimicrobial treatments and wipe down soot-covered structural surfaces in homes or commercial buildings.
  
  

• Pack move and protect customer furniture electronics and personal belongings prior to structural repairs.
  
  
• Clean and deodorize salvageable contents on-site or in the warehouse.
  
  

• Clean inspect and maintain tools and equipment after returning from job sites.
  
  
• Keep service vans organized fully stocked and clean for the next service call.
  
  

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  
  
• No prior experience requiredvalid work ethic and willingness to learn are top priorities.
  
  
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and work in varied environments (attics basements crawlspaces).
  
  
• Comfortable wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including respirators when needed.
  
  
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
  
  
• Must pass a background check and initial drug screen.
  
  

• Hands-On Skills Development: As an entry-level tech you will work alongside experienced Crew Leaders learning structural drying moisture reading tools and demolition safety.
  
  
• Physical & Dynamic Work: Unlike a typical desk job every day is different. One day involves setting up drying equipment in a flooded office building and the next involves soot cleanup after a kitchen fire.
  
  
• Emergency Response Readiness: Restoration is a 24/7 industry. Entry-level techs participate in a scheduled on-call rotation to handle after-hours emergencies offering significant overtime earning potential.
  
  
• Customer Facing Representation: Technicians are often the first face a homeowner sees during a crisis. Maintaining a polite professional and empathetic demeanor is a vital part of the job.
