Hotlines Inc. is a software company based in Council Bluffs Iowa. Weve served the automotive recycling industry for nearly 30 years and are looking for an experienced effective communicator to support our customers. This is an in-office position in Council Bluffs with a MondayFriday daytime schedule.

Were looking for a well-rounded Technical Support Specialist to help onboard train and support our customers. Youll provide assistance by phone chat and email.

Salary: $50000 to $60000 per year depending on experience

• Effective communicator with proven customer service skills
  
• At least 5 years of customer service experience
  
• At least 2 years of technical support experience
  
• Ability to manage your own day
