Position
Technical support for end-users infrastructure and cabling
Mix of in-office on-site at customers and work-from-home
Support via phone chat email and in-person

Looking for
Technical Support troubleshooting
Empathy during customer communication
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Good communicator via phone video calls chat and email
Exposure to Meraki RingCentral Ubiquiti / UniFi Brivo Eagle Eye
