Job Summary

Now that the clients Flexible Pricing Rate pilot is live and enrolling customers there is a need to perform eligibility checks for potential customers as well as monitor and compensate third parties for their performance in recruiting customers. This position will play a key role in managing customer enrollment and payment operations for the clients Flexible Pricing Rate Pilot as well as conducting additional reporting. This position is responsible for receiving and validating enrollment forms from account managers submitting eligible customers to a third-party supplier for enrollment and confirming enrollment status back to stakeholders. This position will also be a subject matter expert for the pilots automated enrollment and billing platform and will be responsible for pulling data from the platform ensuring its accuracy and working with the third-party platform provider to report bugs/errors make enhancements and maintain the system. The role also includes overseeing manual enrollment processes for Automation Service Providers maintaining detailed metrics on enrollment activity (e.g. number of customers MW enrolled benefiters vs. non-benefiters) and tracking billing status. This role will also manage manual customer payments and facilitate payments to contractors and other third parties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform eligibility checks for potential customers enrolling in the Flexible Pricing Rate pilot
  • Monitor and compensate third parties for their performance in recruiting customers
  • Receive and validate enrollment forms from account managers
  • Submit eligible customers to a third-party supplier for enrollment
  • Confirm enrollment status back to stakeholders
  • Serve as subject matter expert for the pilots automated enrollment and billing platform
  • Pull data from the platform and ensure its accuracy
  • Work with the third-party platform provider to report bugs/errors make enhancements and maintain the system
  • Oversee manual enrollment processes for Automation Service Providers
  • Maintain detailed metrics on enrollment activity (e.g. number of customers MW enrolled benefiters vs. non-benefiters)
  • Track billing status
  • Manage manual customer payments
  • Facilitate payments to contractors and other third parties
Required Skills
  • Proficiency with analytical tools such as Excel Access or other similar tools for tracking and reporting
  • Ability to understand and conduct payment processing and reconciliation
  • Ability to follow and improve upon business processes
  • Strong attention to detail to validate that information on forms is correct
  • Experience with manual data entry
  • Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle high-volume tasks during ramp-up periods
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with customer programs and billing in a utility or similarly regulated environment
  • Familiarity with SAP billing and/or payment systems
  • Experience using advanced analytical tools such as SAS Power BI or other similar tools
  • Experience working with budgets
  • Experience creating and using pivot tables charts and graphs and the ability to work with larger datasets (e.g. containing data for several hundred thousand accounts)
  • Proficiency in identifying trends in complex data and arriving at solutions rooted in information
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
  • Demonstrates strong ethics influence and negotiation leadership interpersonal skills communication and the ability to effectively manage stress and engage in continuous learning
Education Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree required
  • BA/BS Degree in Business Economics Marketing or related discipline
Required Experience
  • Four or more years of experience with business analysis
