Technical Solutions Engineer # 26-17969

Duration: 6 Months (Possible Extension)

We are seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to support large-scale interoperability initiatives across Android messaging platforms. This role is focused on technical operations data analysis issue investigation and cross-functional collaboration rather than software development. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills effectively communicate technical issues and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive issue resolution.

• Analyze and investigate technical issues using SQL and data analysis techniques.
• Troubleshoot complex operational and interoperability issues across messaging platforms.
• Collaborate with Engineering Product and external partner teams to communicate issue severity and impact.
• Provide actionable feedback and coordinate timely issue resolution.
• Escalate critical issues as needed while ensuring effective stakeholder communication.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Support technical operations and contribute to continuous process improvements.

• Experience in Technical Solutions Engineering Technical Solutions Consulting Technical Account Management QA Management Carrier Operations Wireless Telecommunications OEM Partner Support or a related technical field.
• Strong experience with SQL data analysis issue investigation and technical troubleshooting.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering solutions in a collaborative environment.
