Technical Sales Analyst

Milacron is looking for a Technical Sales Analyst to join our team in Norcross this position you will be responsible for developing comprehensive sales quotations supporting order execution providing technical sales expertise coordinating with customers and internal teams and ensuring timely resolution of order-related Youll Do:Prepare detailed sales quotations for the sales organization and equipment cost analyses and pricing support for sales customer orders and provide required information for order entry and engineering design closely with the sales team to determine equipment specifications and application and support customers and sales representatives in selecting the appropriate equipment for specific vendors to obtain technical information product specifications and costing effectively with customers sales personnel engineering manufacturing and other internal order progress investigate order-related issues and expedite orders to ensure customer confirmed ship dates and delivery updates to customers and the sales in customer discussions and provide technical sales support when in the development and improvement of sales tools processes and training the onboarding and training of new specialists as degree or a combination of education and applicable experience required.4 years of inside sales experience including IEP sales verbal and written communication skills with strong customer service with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and computer literacy and ability to work with PC-based business with Step File Drawings AutoCAD DeltaCAD Drawing Viewer or similar plastics processing knowledge of injection molding and extrusion negotiation problem-solving and organizational aptitude with the ability to understand technical equipment and to manage multiple projects in a specialty product of technical equipment plastics and/or plastics machine parts track record of successful sales experience preferred.
