Job Summary

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with 5 years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting and IT staffing. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills excellent communication and proven experience recruiting for a variety of technical roles in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding.
Source and identify qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter job boards referrals ATS databases and other channels.
Recruit for technical positions including Software Engineering Data Cloud DevOps AI/ML QA Product and Business Analyst roles.
Conduct candidate screening and assess technical experience communication availability and compensation expectations.
Develop targeted Boolean searches and sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill positions.
Partner with Account Managers and hiring teams to understand requirements and deliver qualified candidates.
Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring stakeholders.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the ATS/CRM.
Manage candidate relationships throughout the hiring process and support offer negotiations and onboarding.
Track recruiting metrics pipeline activity submissions interviews and placements.

Required Qualifications

5 years of experience in technical recruiting or IT staffing.
Proven experience recruiting for a broad range of technical positions.
Strong understanding of technical terminology technologies and job requirements.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
Strong Boolean search and candidate sourcing skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong relationship-building negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
