Technical Recruiter (Semi-ConductorSilicon Development)
Contract-6 Months
Location: Austin TX ( 4 days Onsite)
Key Requirements:
3 years of semiconductor/silicon development recruiting experience.
Willing to work for a Startup company
Established network of passive and active semiconductor candidates.
Proven ability to fill multiple niche technical roles in a fast-paced environment.
Experience partnering with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the semiconductor industry and demonstrated success recruiting for highly specialized engineering roles including ASIC SoC RTL Design Physical Design Design Verification (DV) DFT STA FPGA Embedded Software and related silicon development positions.
