Role Overview:
We are looking for a contract Senior Technical Recruiter with experience recruiting for teams across hardware software and AI. This person will partner with leaders at Aeva to build a talent strategy around the most mission-critical hiring needs and execute those plans.
- Own full-life cycle recruiting across Engineering Operations and Supply Chain functions.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Recruit across a broad range of technical areas including Software Hardware Embedded/Firmware Electrical Systems Mechanical Photonics/Optics as well as Operations and Supply Chain roles.
- Build strong talent pipelines through creative sourcing and proactive engagement with passive candidates.
- Manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced high-growth environment.
- Use market intelligence to provide insights on talent availability compensation trends and competitor hiring.
- Be a champion of Aevas culture and employment brand.
- 57 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with strong experience hiring for technical and specialized roles.
- Proven ability to recruit across multiple Engineering disciplines as well as Operations and Supply Chain.
- Strong direct sourcing skills and ability to understand technical requirements and identify the right talent.
- Excellent stakeholder management communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders.
- Ability to manage multiple searches and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with an ATS ideally Lever (Preferred).
- Global recruiting experience is a plus particularly Germany or other international markets.
