WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Technical Recruiter will partner with the Talent Management Team and business leaders to identify attract and hire top technical talent that aligns with our project needs company culture and long-term growth objectives. This role is responsible for full lifecycle recruiting and building strong relationships with candidates hiring managers and employees across the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting engineers and technical professionals within industrial automation manufacturing software or systems integration environments.

Here aresomeofthe responsibilities that you will be responsible for:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering automation software and other technical roles from sourcing through onboarding.

  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs project requirements and workforce planning priorities.

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent through LinkedIn referrals networking and industry events.

  • Screen interview and evaluate candidates for technical qualifications cultural fit and long-term success.

  • Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for critical and hard-to-fill positions.

  • Coordinate interviews candidate communications offers and recruiting activities while maintaining accurate ATS records.

  • Deliveran exceptional candidate experience and serve as a trusted advisor to candidates hiring managers and leadership.

  • Support employer branding recruiting metrics talent retention initiatives and representation of the company at career fairs and industry events.

  • Oversee all aspects of the internship program from talent attraction and selection through onboarding and program engagement while representing the organization at career fairs and campus events to strengthen employer brand and attract top early-career talent.

WHAT YOU MIGHT HAVE DONE BEFORE
  • 3 years of experience in recruiting talent acquisition staffing sales human resources or a related customer-facing role.

  • Proven success recruiting technical talent including Controls Engineers Automation Engineers Software Developers Project Managers Manufacturing Engineers or other engineering and technology professionals

  • Ability to understand technical skill sets and conduct meaningful conversations with candidates regarding engineering automation software manufacturing or industrial technologies

  • Strong sourcing skills with experience leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter job boards referrals networking and direct outreach to identify passive and active candidates.

  • Excellent communication relationship-building and interviewing skills with the ability to establish credibility with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions prioritize competing demands and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
