Technical Recruiter

In this role you will

• Lead the recruitment process including intake meetings with hiring managers sourcing and screening candidates scheduling interviews sharing feedback and extending offers

• Represent Brickhouses People Driven brand values and culture by supporting a transparent quality-focused and enjoyable candidate and client experience

• Assist with writing and posting job descriptions

• Participate in Brickhouses CARE program through on-going communication and celebration of our consultants and clients

• Help attract train and support additional Brickhouse team members

You bring:

• Prior agency recruiting experience

• An emphasis on quality over quantity recruitment practices

• A focus on building long-term relationships and delivering a positive candidate and client experience

• A desire to experiment and try new things and an interest in growing and enhancing our company brand and presence
