We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (Hybrid PM / Architect) to lead enterprise-level technology and data transformation initiatives. This role requires a strong blend of project/program management expertise and technical architecture understanding to drive discovery efforts strategic planning stakeholder alignment and roadmap development.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex technology programs involving ERP ecosystems enterprise data platforms system integrations and modernization initiatives while partnering closely with business and technology leadership.

• Bachelors degree in Information Systems Computer Science Engineering or a related field.

• 5 years of experience in Technical Project Management or Program Management preferably supporting enterprise transformation data platform or ERP initiatives.

• Proven experience managing discovery efforts integrated project plans milestones risks dependencies and executive-level reporting.

• Strong understanding of solution architecture principles enterprise systems integration and data platforms.

• Experience partnering with technology leaders to define technical scope strategy and roadmap recommendations.

• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business-focused communication for stakeholders and senior leadership.

• Familiarity with enterprise data strategy governance frameworks and AI/analytics enablement initiatives.

• Experience leading global or enterprise-wide technology and data discovery programs.

• Exposure to enterprise architecture solution design and platform modernization initiatives.

• Experience building strategic roadmaps aligned with data transformation and AI capability enablement.

• Hands-on experience with Jira Confluence Visio Lucidchart or similar tools.

• Knowledge of Agile Waterfall and Hybrid delivery methodologies.

• Lead discovery and assessment activities across enterprise technology and data landscapes.

• Develop and manage integrated project plans schedules milestones risks and dependencies.

• Collaborate with architecture engineering data and business teams to define technical strategy and execution plans.

• Drive executive status reporting governance activities and stakeholder communications.

• Support roadmap development for enterprise data transformation modernization and AI enablement initiatives.

• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical delivery outcomes.
