Job Summary

Razor is seeking a Technical Project Analyst to support Artificial Intelligence (AI) projects focused on U.S. Government missions. This role combines administrative technical and project coordination responsibilities and will provide programmatic and technological support for current and planned project activities.
The Technical Project Analyst will report to the Program Manager and support customer engagements technical discussions project monitoring and control and coordination across technical and business teams. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker strong communicator and self-motivated professional who can effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science Data Science Information Technology or a related field.
Clearance Requirements:
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Active Top Secret clearance is required.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain TS/SCI and CI Polygraph eligibility/access.
Location & Work Arrangement:
  • Fairfax Virginia and/or Springfield Virginia
  • Hybrid work arrangement requiring at least 3 days per week onsite.
  • Onsite requirements may be adjusted based on program needs.
Responsibilities:
  • Orchestrate project meetings and capture meeting minutes action items and key decisions.
  • Organize project kickoff meetings and Technical Exchange Meetings.
  • Facilitate customer and partner engagements to identify and document requirements.
  • Assist with resolving project blockers and aligning cross-functional teams around project goals and technical requirements.
  • Support the Program Manager in maintaining project plans schedules and deliverables across technical and business teams.
  • Track and report project metrics milestones risks and performance.
  • Prepare executive summaries dashboards and performance reports highlighting business impact and adoption progress.
  • Support customer engagements technical discussions and project monitoring and control activities.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and adapt project activities to changing customer priorities.
  • Provide programmatic and technical support for ongoing and planned project activities.
Required Qualifications:
  • 12 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite ticket tracking systems SharePoint and related collaboration tools.
  • Experience tracking and reporting project metrics.
  • Experience managing and coordinating with project stakeholders.
  • Ability to quickly adjust to changing customer priorities and program requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Current IAT Level II certification or ability to obtain certification within 60 days of start.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies and services including AWS and Azure.
  • Project management or business analysis certification such as PMP CAPM CBAP Agile or Scrum.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira Asana Smartsheet or Microsoft Project.
  • Experience with container technologies.
  • Familiarity with system architecture.
  • Strong analytical documentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
