We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead a large-scale post-merger technology and business consolidation initiative. This role will drive cross-functional planning stakeholder coordination migration execution strategy and alignment across multiple enterprise platforms and business teams. The ideal candidate is someone who has successfully managed large organizational transformation programs during mergers/acquisitions and can operate independently in highly ambiguous environments with minimal guidance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end migration and consolidation planning across enterprise systems and business functions.
Coordinate efforts between multiple organizations with different technology stacks operating models and processes.
Drive technical and program-level discussions involving:
Slack
Microsoft ecosystem (Outlook M365)
SharePoint
Identity and access management platforms
Enterprise/corporate applications
Platform transitions and system connectivity
Create and manage:
Program roadmaps
Migration plans
Dependency mapping
Risk and issue tracking
Execution timelines
Workstream governance
Work closely with technical architects infrastructure teams security teams business stakeholders and leadership teams across both organizations.
Define future-state technology alignment and migration sequencing.
Identify offshore execution opportunities and coordinate handoff models between onsite and offshore teams.
Facilitate executive updates steering committee discussions and cross-functional decision-making.
Proactively identify gaps blockers risks and mitigation plans.
Ensure strong communication and alignment across business and technology stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
10 years of experience in Technical Program Management or Enterprise Program Management.
Proven experience managing large-scale technology and business consolidation programs during mergers acquisitions or organizational transformations.
Strong understanding of:
Microsoft ecosystem migrations (M365 Outlook SharePoint Teams)
Identity and access management transitions
Enterprise application transition strategies
Platform modernization and migration programs
Experience coordinating cross-functional global teams across business and technology functions.
Ability to independently drive programs with minimal oversight.
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Experience managing complex dependencies across multiple workstreams.
Strong program governance planning and execution capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with enterprise architecture and cloud migration initiatives.
Experience with Agile and traditional program management methodologies.
