Technical Program Manager

Our client is building software that helps engineering and manufacturing teams build complex hardware (rockets alternative energy biotech) more efficiently. Theyre currently in need of a local Seattle-area Technical Program Manager to oversee the technical scoping planning and delivery between their cutting-edge B2B SaaS platform and customer ERP systems. Were looking for an established TPM who can lead complex software integration projects while serving as the technical liaison for customer IT teams and implementation partners.

This role is 3 days per week onsite in the Seattle/Kent area and does require travel to customer sites.

An ideal candidate will have the following:

• 6-8 years Technical Program Management experience
• Deep background managing multiple complex technical projects in a fast-paced startup environment
• Proven experience managing software integration projects involving APIs middleware ETL and related technologies
• Ability to identify/resolve data integrity latency and error-handling issues across integrations
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills; proven experience collaborating with engineers and executive-level business stakeholders
• Working knowledge of ERP platforms/PLM platforms (hands-on experience is a plus)
• Experience writing and reviewing technical specifications integration documentation or runbooks
• Industry experience in manufacturing hardware or industrial software environments

Must qualify to work in an ITAR environment (U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder).
