Technical Research Operations & Procurement Program Manager

Summary

• Coordinate complex cross-functional research operations track project milestones manage action items and resolve operational blockers.
• Manage end-to-end procurement activities including supplier research vendor onboarding quotations purchase requests and equipment order tracking.
• Support hardware and laboratory equipment purchasing including complex Bills of Materials (BOMs) in collaboration with researchers and the Lab Manager.
• Coordinate NDAs Statements of Work (SOWs) and vendor agreements with Legal researchers and external suppliers.
• Track research budgets reconcile expenses and ensure purchase orders align with approved budget allocations.
• Support operational logistics including vendor site visits team travel and events while maintaining accurate documentation and status reporting.

Must-Have Skills

• 5 Years of Project Management or Research Operations Experience
• Complex Procurement & Purchasing Operations
• Supplier Research Onboarding & Vendor Management
• Purchase Order (PO) Management & Order Tracking
• Budget Tracking Reconciliation & Financial Reporting
• Contract Administration (NDAs & SOWs)
• Cross-Functional Technical Stakeholder Management
• Hardware / Research Equipment Procurement Coordination
• Multi-Workstream Project Tracking & Independent Execution
• Documentation Status Reporting & Communication
• Additional mandatory requirement: Bachelors degree or higher as specified in the intake.
