WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

The Program Management Lead - Launch drives launch readiness quality performance issue resolution and cross-functional execution to ensure successful production ramp-up and achievement of saleable vehicle quality.

WORK AUTHORIZATION REQUIREMENT:

WHAT YOU GET TO DO:

• Lead launch issue management deviation reduction and readiness reviews.
• Drive accountability across Manufacturing Engineering Quality and Supply Chain teams.
• Own launch dashboards quality metrics and executive reporting.
• Lead escalation and recovery planning for critical launch risks.
• Coordinate containment and corrective action strategies.
• Facilitate senior leadership reviews and decision-making forums.
• Coach and mentor Program Management Analysts.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering Manufacturing Operations or related field.
• 3-5 years of automotive manufacturing launch quality or program management experience.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with APQP PPAP FMEA Lean and Six Sigma methodologies preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to drive results in complex launch environments.
