• 8 years of Technical Program / Project Management experience
• 5 years managing cloud migration or datacenter transformation programs
• Strong expertise in AWS (preferred) Azure or GCP
• Deep understanding of datacenter infrastructure networking and virtualization
• Experience with migration frameworks (6Rs Rehost Replatform Refactor Repurchase Retire Retain)
• Strong knowledge of security compliance and disaster recovery in cloud environments
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
• Ability to manage hybrid project delivery models
• Strong experience in stakeholder management and executive communication
• Experience managing large-scale programs ($10M budgets)
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional and geographically distributed teams

• Certifications like PMP PgMP or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect or other cloud certifications
• Experience with ITIL DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
• Familiarity with migration tools like CloudEndure Azure Migrate
• Experience in regulated industries (Healthcare Finance etc.)
• Exposure to FinOps and cloud cost optimization

• Lead end-to-end datacenter to cloud transformation programs
• Drive multi-year migration roadmap milestones and execution
• Manage hybrid delivery models (Agile Waterfall) based on workload
• Coordinate across infrastructure application security and business teams
• Establish governance frameworks and decision-making processes
• Communicate program status risks and dependencies to leadership
• Manage vendors and third-party partners
• Drive risk mitigation compliance and quality assurance
• Ensure continuous improvement and operational excellence
