Title Technical Program Manager DC to Cloud (AWS) Transformation/Migration

- 8 years of Technical Program / Project Management experience
- 5 years managing cloud migration or datacenter transformation programs
- Strong expertise in AWS (preferred) Azure or GCP
- Deep understanding of datacenter infrastructure networking and virtualization
- Experience with migration frameworks (6Rs Rehost Replatform Refactor Repurchase Retire Retain)
- Strong knowledge of security compliance and disaster recovery in cloud environments
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
- Ability to manage hybrid project delivery models
- Strong experience in stakeholder management and executive communication
- Experience managing large-scale programs ($10M budgets)
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
- Certifications like PMP PgMP or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect or other cloud certifications
- Experience with ITIL DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
- Familiarity with migration tools like CloudEndure Azure Migrate
- Experience in regulated industries (Healthcare Finance etc.)
- Exposure to FinOps and cloud cost optimization
- Lead end-to-end datacenter to cloud transformation programs
- Drive multi-year migration roadmap milestones and execution
- Manage hybrid delivery models (Agile Waterfall) based on workload
- Coordinate across infrastructure application security and business teams
- Establish governance frameworks and decision-making processes
- Communicate program status risks and dependencies to leadership
- Manage vendors and third-party partners
- Drive risk mitigation compliance and quality assurance
- Ensure continuous improvement and operational excellence
