We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn contribute and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

• Experience in clay tennis court maintenance or the willingness to learn how to properly maintain clay courts.
• Proficient with computer technology and standard software programs including work order placement and tracking spreadsheet and word processing
• Experience with pool maintenance or the willingness to learn how to properly maintain pool.
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Ability to interact professionally with all departments outside contractors.
• Will present him/herself as a professional.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and at times in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• From time to time this job involves manual labor including power washing digging lifting climbing hauling taking out trash and other tasks.
• The ideal candidate will possess a level of physical fitness enabling him or her to lift up to 100 lbs.
