Technical Fraud Analyst Strategic Data Solutions

The Strategic Data Solutions (SDS) team is looking for an exceptional and experienced fraud analyst who is passionate about combating fraud waste u0026 abuse through close collaboration with our highly skilled Data Scientists. As a Technical Fraud Analyst youll have solid business acumen in e-commerce fraud mitigation a natural curiosity to dig when you see something and the ability to effectively communicate with your peers and leadership. Youll enjoy and have experience analyzing complex fraud scenarios using data from both internal and external sources. Youll also be skilled at interpreting data and providing recommendations and/or driving action across your team based on your this role youll combine your knowledge of fraud mitigation and market landscape with data science techniques/toolsets that you will learn in order to approach fraud mitigation in a new and exciting way. Your work may support physical goods or digital goods or both areas as needed.

Track operational and business metrics to align with business goals and strategiesn Perform analyses to identify fraud patterns n Communicate findings among team and leadership as well as providing recommendations and priority among open tasksn Decision orders in mass or individually as demanded by current business needsn Support discovery of new business problems and contribute to design of analytic solutionsn Ideate and recommend new and innovative ideas to support fraud mitigation improvements

BS/BA or equivalent experience in relevant fieldnSQL proficiency with the ability to query large complex datasets to identify anomalies patterns and fraudulent behaviornProven excellence in investigating adversarial trends identifying behavior patterns and responding with the appropriate actions

Demonstrable ability to develop cross functional partnershipsnTells meaningful stories and identifies solutions based on datanDemonstrates a positive can-do attitude works efficiently in a team centric performance-based environment or alone if tasks require itnIs comfortable dealing with ambiguitynAbility to think creatively and approach problems flexiblynHas strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and balance multiple activities at oncenDemonstrates a willingness to learn big data systems and programming languages such as Python.
