Were looking for a Technical Engineer to join Sectra. This role is ideal for someone with 510 years of experience in system deployment configuration or technical implementation within healthcare IT. Youll play a critical role in installing configuring and optimizing Sectras Enterprise Imaging solutions helping hospitals and health systems deliver better care through smarter technology.
In this role you will:
- Lead and execute deployments of Sectras Enterprise Imaging software databases and related tools
- Configure integrations with third-party systems including PACS EMRs modalities dictation systems and AI platforms
- Collaborate with project managers healthcare IT teams and customers to ensure successful implementations
- Support and lead data migration activities during project transitions
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform diagnostics remotely or on-site
- Deliver technical training sessions and mentor junior team members
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within deployment processes
- Occasionally work outside of standard hours to support go-lives and critical implementations
