Technical Delivery Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Drive complex IAM projects end to end driving outcomes and actively managing milestones dependencies risks and decisions.
• Develop sufficient technical depth to partner effectively with engineers architects vendors and business teams and drive informed decisions.
• Translate complex objectives into clear actionable execution plans.
• Coordinate across organizational processes and cross-functional dependencies to maintain delivery momentum.
• Proactively identify obstacles develop solutions drive timely resolution and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain strong execution discipline accountability and transparent reporting throughout delivery.
• Apply project management methodologies pragmatically to support successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success delivering complex technical cybersecurity or IAM initiatives.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly understand new technologies and architectures.
• Exceptional problem-solving resourcefulness and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to establish a path forward and drive results for complex initiatives.
• Strong communication stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• High degree of ownership sound judgment initiative and follow-through.
• Project management experience required; PMP or similar certification preferred with demonstrated technical delivery experience strongly valued.
