What You Will Do
As a Technical Data Associate Senior you will play a key role in transforming data into actionable business insights. This position is heavily focused ondeveloping Power BI dashboards creating SharePoint solutions and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Design build maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports for business leaders and stakeholders
- Develop and support SharePoint sites workflows and data solutions to improve information management and team collaboration
- Utilize Power Automate to streamline processes and increase efficiency
- Collect analyze validate and organize technical and operational data
- Lead the creation of data packages reports presentations graphs and performance metrics
- Identify and resolve data integrity issues while supporting internal and external customers
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through root cause analysis methodologies such as 5-Why and 8D
- Recommend and implement process improvements that eliminate roadblocks and improve business performance
- Develop training materials and assist in facilitating team training sessions
- Partner with cross-functional teams and leadership to support department goals and strategic initiatives
- Mentor team members and provide guidance on data management processes and best practices
What You Will Bring
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associates Degree preferred
- 6 years of experience supporting data management initiatives in an office environment
- Strong experience with Power BI dashboard development and SharePoint development
- Experience with Power Automate data collection and data analysis
- Continuous improvement experience; Yellow Belt certification preferred
- Knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies such as 8D and 5-Why
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel PowerPoint and Word
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
- Experience leading small groups training sessions or team exercises
- Strong organizational analytical and problem-solving skills
- Prior Gulfstream Aerospace experience preferred

Job Description
- Supports project leaders/management by assuming leadership role in the creation of data packages/reports.
- Utilizing an understanding of technical data makes recommendations to ensure documentation/reports are prepared in accordance with approved procedures.
- Leads cross-functional activities associated with assembling technical presentation material for internal and/or external customers. .
- Recommends solutions and exercises creativity and initiative to remove system/process roadblocks to ensure completion of activities within established schedules. .
- Maintains and coordinates technical data to support internal/external customers and/or document/work packages. .
- Routinely interacts with senior management as the functional data point of contact.
- Works with internal and external customers to identify research and resolve data integrity issues.
- Assists in the development of manuals and training materials for the function.
- Assists in directing supplier customer and/or industry presentation sessions.
- Mentors team members and provides guidance in achieving goals and completing department initiatives. .
- Prepares and presents performance reports graphs and charts to report status on new issues processes and/or initiatives. .
- Participates on work teams when required. to achieve department goals and improve processes. .
- Maintains a current and up-to-date knowledge of technical developments within the given function/discipline. .
- Works directly with internal and external customers to build strong working relationships while maintaining a high level of quality. .
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks details and priorities under extremely tight deadlines and schedules with ease.
- Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job work is performed in an office environment mostly in a sitting position with infrequent lifting of 10-15 pounds.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including ability to present information in a group setting.
- Strong organization and analytical skills to be able to solve process/system problems with little direction.
