Job Summary
Steelwrist is a growing global manufacturer of industry-leading tiltrotators quick couplers and work tools for excavators. As our North American business continues to expand we are increasing local production in Newington Connecticut and are looking for a driven Technical Assembler who wants to grow with us and help develop our U.S. manufacturing operation for the future.
Perform mechanical and hydraulic assembly of Steelwrist products according to drawings work instructions and quality requirements.
Use hand tools power tools torque tools and other assembly equipment safely and correctly.
Perform inspections and quality checks throughout the assembly process.
Identify and help resolve assembly quality or material issues.
Maintain a clean organized and safe work area.
Participate in continuous improvement and support the development of more efficient standardized and digital ways of working.

3 years of experience in mechanical assembly manufacturing or a related technical field.
Experience with mechanical and hydraulic assembly.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and exploded-view diagrams.
Experience with industrial equipment construction equipment Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement is a plus.
