Technical Account Representative

We are seeking a Technical Account Representative to support industrial and manufacturing customers throughout Minnesota. This position combines technical problem solving customer relationship management plant-level support and account development.

• Build and maintain relationships with industrial and manufacturing customers
• Work directly with plant personnel operators maintenance teams and production leadership
• Evaluate customer processes operating conditions and technical needs
• Collect and analyze operating and performance data
• Troubleshoot equipment process and operational issues
• Develop and recommend improvements
• Serve as a technical resource for customers
• Support existing accounts while identifying opportunities for account growth
• Communicate technical findings and recommendations clearly to customers

• 2 years of experience in manufacturing industrial operations water treatment chemicals maintenance technical service or a related environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Strong troubleshooting ability
• Comfortable working directly with plant personnel and customers
• Ability to analyze data and develop recommendations
• Bachelors degree or relevant field experience
• Engineering sales or manufacturing experience preferred
