Looking for a seasonedtechnologytechnicalwriterwith experience producingtechnical documentation like architectural diagrams process/data/workflows operating models system administration procedures etc.

Having atechnical background is essential but strong communication (written and verbal skills are preferred) as writing is our primary focus.

TheTechnicalWriterwill need to be well-versed in information gatheringtechniques and a variety of modalities (written and visual) to communicate information to parties located across the globe.

Experience in cybersecurity compliance or risk management

The ideal candidate isdetail oriented organizedtechnically savvy and experienced in producing documentation for large enterprise environments.

3-7 years of experience as aTechnicalWriterin an enterprisetechnology or SaaS environment.

Proven ability to produce highlytechnical content such as specifications diagrams white papers and user documentation.
- Excellent command ofplain languagewriting and the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Proficiencywith documentation tools (e.g. Confluence SharePoint Markdown Microsoft Office diagramming tools like Visio orLucidchart).
- Portfolios or Writing Samples are requiredfor submission

Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with NIST ISO SOC2 PCIDSS or other security frameworks.
- Experience supporting product launch cycles and writingcustomer facing technical material.
