Type:6-9 month contract to hire

Job Details:

• Looking for a seasonedtechnologytechnicalwriterwith experience producingtechnical documentation like architectural diagrams process/data/workflows operating models system administration procedures etc.

• Having atechnical background is essential but strong communication (written and verbal skills are preferred) as writing is our primary focus.

• TheTechnicalWriterwill need to be well-versed in information gatheringtechniques and a variety of modalities (written and visual) to communicate information to parties located across the globe.

• Experience in cybersecurity compliance or risk management

• The ideal candidate isdetail oriented organizedtechnically savvy and experienced in producing documentation for large enterprise environments.

• 3-7 years of experience as aTechnicalWriterin an enterprisetechnology or SaaS environment.

• Proven ability to produce highlytechnical content such as specifications diagrams white papers and user documentation.

• Excellent command ofplain languagewriting and the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Proficiencywith documentation tools (e.g. Confluence SharePoint Markdown Microsoft Office diagramming tools like Visio orLucidchart).
• Portfolios or Writing Samples are requiredfor submission

• Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with NIST ISO SOC2 PCIDSS or other security frameworks.
• Experience supporting product launch cycles and writingcustomer facing technical material.
