Shift: First

Position Responsibilities:

Start up adjust and run Apex deburring and finishing machine
Check finished components using tools like calipers and micrometers to verify smooth edges and correct dimensions
Identify surface defects and sort out parts that do not meet manufacturing standards
Standing lifting loading and unloading parts up to 12 pounds onto finishing machine
Clean machine clear out metal dust or shavings and swap out worn abrasive belts or tools
Familiar reading prints and/or work instructions
Willing to perform other machining jobs when necessary
Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations

Essential Skills and Experience:

High School Diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalent.
Strong attention to detail
Safety as a priority mindset

Preferred Skills and Experience:

Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred
Experience working in a fabrication department preferred
