Love putting the pieces together The Surgical Observation Unit at Deaconess Gateway is a fast-paced 13-bed specialty unit where nurses play a key role in evaluating treating and guiding patients through critical care decisions.

With patients staying just 824 hours youll care for a wide variety of diagnoses while using strong critical thinking assessment and time management skills to help determine the next step in each patients journey. Working closely with physicians patients families and the Deaconess care team youll be at the center of coordinating care communicating results and ensuring a seamless patient experience.

Requirements

• Active Indiana RN license or valid compact RN license

Preferred: Certifications/Licenses/Experience:

• 2-3 Years of RN experience preferred
• BSN required or in process
