First Shift
6:00am-2:30pm
- Independently operates production equipment and support production activities as needed.
- Lead internal and external problem-solving and corrective action processes.
- Ensure all work instructions safety requirements and quality standards are followed.
- Engage with operators and coordinate the hourly production workforce as directed by the Supervisor.
- Monitor productivity safety and quality performance while working to meet customer requirements.
- Assist in scheduling product flow to support production needs and customer commitments.
- Develop document and implement new job processes and work procedures as needed.
- Promote a culture of safety continuous improvement teamwork and operational excellence.
Required Education/Experience:
- High school diploma/GED
- Minimum of (5) five years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum of (3) years leadership experience.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma concepts.
- IATF experience.
- Knowledge ofCNC programming Machining Fixturing and Tooling.
- Experience in bending welding machining stamping and assembly.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- SAP experience.
