Team Lead, AI Software Development

• Lead and develop a team of 6-8 engineers providing technical guidance coaching and support to drive high-quality delivery.

• Partner with teams across Austin and EMEA to plan prioritize and deliver features and platform capabilities.

• Foster a strong engineering culture focused on quality collaboration continuous improvement and accountability.

• Establish and maintain engineering best practices for software development testing security and release management.

• Stay technically engaged by supporting architectural decisions reviewing designs and helping teams solve complex technical challenges.

• Support agile planning and execution ensuring realistic commitments clear priorities and predictable delivery.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align business goals with technical execution.

• Help grow the organization through hiring onboarding mentoring and career development.

• 8 years of software engineering experience including experience leading mentoring or managing engineering teams.

• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in modern software development practices and distributed systems.

• Experience delivering complex software products in agile environments.

• Proven ability to drive engineering quality through automated testing code reviews security best practices and release processes.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to balance technical excellence with business priorities.

• Experience working effectively with cross-functional and globally distributed teams.

• Familiarity with AI-powered development tools and modern engineering practices is a plus.

• Excellent communication stakeholder management and team leadership skills.

• German language skills are a plus.
