Job Summary
Instructional applicants will be required to submit the following documents upon being offered a teaching position. To expedite the hiring process if you are offered a position it is recommended that you prepare theserequirements once you begin applying for teaching jobs.
Certification Information
Upon being offered an instructional job that requires certification you will need to submit copies of any of the following that apply:
- Florida Educators Certificate
- Statement of Eligibility (Letter from the Florida Department of Education)
- Active/Valid Out-of-State Certification (if applicable)

Education Credentials / Transcripts
You must submit official transcripts from all colleges or universities from which you earned a degree. Official college transcripts may be sent by colleges/universities to:

NOTE: Foreign education must be evaluated by an agency that is approved by the Florida Department of Education (FLDOE). A course by course evaluation is required for college-level education. A translation is not the same as an evaluation.
