This position requiresexpertisein multi-disciplinaryintelligence analysis targeting methodologiesthe space domainand the ability to deliver actionable intelligence to support operational and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducttarget developmentandtarget system analysistoidentify prioritize and assess targets in support of operational and strategicobjectives.
Analyzeadversary systems toidentifycritical components and vulnerabilities as part of the target development process.
PerformSingle/Multi-Discipline ISR Analysisto integrate intelligence from multiple sources (e.g. GEOINT SIGINT HUMINT MASINT) into comprehensive targeting products.
Develop and deliver high-quality intelligence productsweaponeeringsolutions and collateral damage estimates.
SupportISR Target Development (ITD/ATD)andTargetSystems Analysis (TSA)to enhance mission planning and execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams mission planners operators andthe broader Space communityto ensuretimelyandaccuratetargeting support.
Identifyintelligence gaps and recommend collection to address them.
Provide briefings and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders on targeting efforts and mission impacts.
Maintainproficiencyin targeting tools methodologies and software to ensure the delivery ofcutting-edgeintelligence solutions.
Ensure compliance with all security protocols classification guidelines and organizational policies.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Experience Level: Minimum of 12 years w/o a degree or 10 years with AS/AA or 8 years with BS/BA or 6 years with MS/MA or 3 years with PhD
Familiarity with targeting tools and software such asModernized Integrated Database (MIDB)Joint Targeting Toolbox (JTT) or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of intelligence collection platforms processes and targeting tradecraft.
Skills:
Stronganalytical critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing high-quality intelligence products and briefings.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced mission-driven environment.
Security Clearance:ActiveTop Secret/SCIclearance and the ability to obtain applicableSpecial Access Program (SAP)accessis.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting theSpace warfighting communityor similar organizations.
Completion of a commercial military or U.S. Governmenttargeting training courseor specialized intelligence certification.
Knowledge ofISR Target Development (ITD/ATD)and operational-level intelligence planning.
Proficiencyinadvanced targeting tradecraft techniques and methodologies.
Prior experience mentoring or training junior analysts in targeting analysis.

$104000 - $166000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position the individuals experience education knowledge skills and competencies as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
