We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to serve as the recruiting lead for our Rock Hill facility supporting the attraction and hiring of top engineering manufacturing and skilled trades role will focus primarily on recruiting for Mechanical Electrical Controls Automation and Manufacturing Engineering positions while also supporting hiring for skilled trades and production roles. The successful candidate will partner closely with local business leaders and the Human Resources Business Partner in Rock Hill while collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team based in Cambridge ON Canada to support facility and enterprise-wide talent acquisition role is ideal for a dynamic recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced highly collaborative environment and wants to make a meaningful impact on building world-class engineering and trades teams. This is a 12 months contract Youll Do Here:Lead full-cycle recruitment for engineering manufacturing and skilled trades with hiring managers and the HR Business Partner to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring talent pipelines through proactive sourcing networking referrals and recruitment marketing for roles including Mechanical Engineers Electrical Engineers Controls Engineers Project Engineers Automation Engineers Assemblers Machinists Technicians and other skilled trades candidate screening interviews assessments references offers and onboarding Eclipse Automation at career fairs industry events and networking with the broader Talent Acquisition team to support company-wide recruiting initiatives and share best recruitment metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvementWhat Were Looking For:5 years of Talent Acquisition experience preferably in manufacturing automation engineering or industrial experience recruiting for engineering disciplines such as Mechanical Electrical Controls Automation or Manufacturing recruiting skilled trades and production sourcing capabilities including LinkedIn Recruiter and direct candidate to build trusted relationships with leaders candidates and cross-functional communication organizational and project management skills.A proactive consultative and results-oriented approach to We Offer:Reimbursement for tuition and professional dues3 weeks of vacation and 3 paid personal days (to start)RRSP matching programFree snack programWhy Join Us:Here at Eclipse Automation creation and innovation are at our core and our culture reflects that.
