- Pay Rate: $45.00$50.00 / Hour (USD)
- Shift / Schedule: EST or CST hours 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Interview Process: 2 rounds of interviews virtual; 2nd round will be a small panel
- Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be partnering with Hiring Managers and Human Resources to hire amazing talent. You will report into a Talent Acquisition Manager. You will be joining an impressive established global team to both deliver for our customers and grow and excel as a recruiting professional.
- Keeping a customer centric mindset when managing your schedule desk and deliverables
- Serving as a talent advisor to report and recommend effective strategies for hiring Sales Service and other enterprise based professionals
- Manage a full cycle recruiting process which includes: Intake and Advisement Meetings Targeted Recruiting Candidate Funnel Management Customer Update Meetings and guide businesses on competitive offers
- Be challenged to identify candidates from multiple non-applicant channels providing an inclusive slate of candidates and pipeline top talent into your and the clients network
- Support the development of TA programs and identify recommendations to continuously improve the recruitment processes including tools to ensure optimal performance
- Partner and build strong internal relationships with your TA peers HR Total Rewards and Business Leaders
- ATS user experience is required (Workday is preferred)
- Must have extensive experience with passive candidate engagement using Indeed LinkedIn and other tools
- Experience managing a minimum of 30 requisitions
- Strong communication influencing and decision-making skills throughout the full-cycle recruiting process
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple stakeholders and functions
- High-volume or manufacturing (MFG) recruiting experience required; experience recruiting for machine shops is a plus MUST HAVE
- Workday ATS (preferred over other ATS platforms)
- Talent Intelligence or Market Labor tools are a plus
- Experience recruiting for machine shops
- Bachelors degree with 3 years of experience; OR no degree with a minimum of 7 years of experience
- Bachelors degree and 3 years of high-volume end-to-end direct labor / hourly population recruiting experience
- Alternatively: no degree and 7 years of experience minimum
- Supporting recruiting internally on Direct Labor roles (high-volume or MFG recruiting experience required) MUST HAVE
- Perform activities such as sitting standing and typing for extended periods of time
- Operate in a professional office environment
- Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity equipment
- Noise level in the work environment is typically moderate
