We are looking to hire an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to lead the Talent Acquisition team as well as full-cycle recruiting for technical Engineering roles across Research and Development and Operations/Manufacturing. The portfolio includes software electrical mechanical biomedical manufacturing supply chain and related positions supporting the design development production and continuous improvement of medical devices.

Core Responsibilities:

Full-Cycle Hiring: Lead the entire recruiting process from intake meetings and job postings through sourcing screening interviews offer development and negotiationand onboarding support.

Strategic Sourcing: Find active and passive candidates using professional networks job boards and direct headhunting.

Business Advising: Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements analyze the job market conduct compensation analysis and set realistic salary expectations.

Employer Branding: Promote company culture and values to attract top-tier talent to the organization.

Process Improvement: Track hiring metrics like time-to-fill and improve workflows using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Actively participate as a member of the Biotronik global Talent Acquisition Community to enable knowledge exchange support learning and lots of positive energy

Key Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of experience managing full-cycle recruiting from requisition intake and sourcing through interviews offer development and negotiation pre-employment activities and onboarding support for positions ranging from entry level through management.
  
  
• Bachelors degree in human resources business administration or a related field is required.
  
  
• Minimum of two years of technical recruiting experience experience in medical devices high-tech manufacturing or another regulated environment is preferred.
  
  
• Find active and passive candidates using professional networks job boards and direct headhunting.
  
  
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements analyze the job market and set realistic salary expectations.
  
  
• Experience with ATS platforms such as Success Factors and familiarity with HRIS systems.
  
  
• Desire to continue to learn grow and adapt with changing recruiting needs.
  
  
• Affinity for high-tech and/or medical technology.
  
  
• Very strong communication skills needed. High level of social and interpersonal IQ; ability to read people well necessary.
  
  
• Strong team player: ability to think creatively and innovatively with a desire to achieve great things together as a TEAM based on celebrating even small successes.
  
  
• A positive mindset: believing in the importance of making a change in peoples lives every day.
