As a Series B business scaling across the US and internationally were looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Austin and play a key role in building the talent behind our growth.
If youve recruited Site Engineers Field Engineers or similar construction and engineering talent and love finding great candidates in competitive markets wed love to hear from you.
The Role
Youll own multiple searches across our US business with an initial focus on growing our Project Delivery teams supporting major construction and Data Centre projects.
This is a hands-on recruitment role where proactive sourcing is key. Youll go beyond job boards to find and engage hard-to-reach talent through direct sourcing market mapping referrals local networks and other creative channels.
Working closely with hiring managers and business leaders youll own your searches end-to-end understanding what great looks like providing talent market insight and delivering an excellent candidate experience.
Youll also have the opportunity to help shape how we recruit as we scale building proactive talent pipelines and strengthening our direct sourcing capability across the US.
The role is based in Austin Texas on a hybrid basis.
What Youll Be Doing
Own end-to-end recruitment across multiple requisitions from initial role briefing through to offer and close.
Partner closely with hiring managers building trusted relationships and providing advice challenge and market insight throughout the hiring process.
Proactively source and engage high-quality passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter direct sourcing techniques referrals and other relevant channels.
Build targeted talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs reducing our reliance on reactive recruitment and external agencies.
Conduct engaging and effective candidate screening interviews assessing experience motivation and alignment with XYZ Reality.
Manage multiple searches and competing priorities while maintaining pace quality and an excellent candidate experience.
Maintain accurate and meaningful recruitment data within our ATS Ashby.
Use market insight and recruitment data to help hiring managers make informed decisions.
What Were Looking For
5 years experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment ideally within Construction Engineering Data Centres Infrastructure or a related technical environment.
Experience recruiting Site Engineers Field Engineers or similar construction/engineering profiles.
Strong direct sourcing skills and a track record of finding and engaging passive hard-to-reach talent.
Experience managing multiple requisitions and regional hiring priorities simultaneously.
Strong hiring manager and stakeholder partnering skills with the confidence to advise influence and challenge.
Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing and market mapping through to offer and close.
