The Spirit of the Position:

The Talent Acquisition Intern is responsible for recruitment assistance for the MA event team. This is a high-demand role responsible for actively recruiting for high volume openings. This role requires working in the office or on site at hosted job fairs.

Principal Job Duties:

Fuel the applicant pipeline by actively recruiting on Indeed hosting job fairs leveraging social media and internal referral programs.

Research and actively sources passive job seekers.

Build relationships with Operations to understand business needs and objectives.

Partner with Operations to ensure that new hires are pushed through the process accurately and timely.

Accurately maintain dashboards and recruiting metrics including open positions new hires interviews etc.

Other related duties as assigned.

Experience:

Proficiency in Excel Word and general Microsoft Office Applications is preferred.

Skills:

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Strong time-management skills and ability to hold self and others accountable to deadlines.

Ability to seek improvement and create an environment of idea-sharing and creative problem-solving to encourage open expression of ideas and opinions.

Excellent team building and interpersonal skills.

Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization.

Physical Demands:

Ability to lift push and pull at least 10 pounds.
