Job Summary
TheCoordinatorTalentAcquisitionassists in the hiring process through the successful pre-boarding of our external candidates&internal transfers by focusing on compliance candidate experience&on-timestarts. Provides clear communication to candidates about the expectations timeline&process getting from offer to start compliance by collectingrequired pre-hire contingency documents includingbut not limitedtobackground check employment verification education verification I-9 verificationlicense/certificationsverificationor fingerprinting as required by the job the Applicant Tracking System to transition thecandidate forward to hire&ensureaccuracy of the employee profile including adding licenses&years of experience the personnel file iscompletedocuments are stored securely&files are ready for all regulatory withexternal hire or internal transferbetween the verbal offer&start dateaswellprovidesupdates on clearance status toPartnerTalent Acquisition&other knowledge about positionsrequiredskills competencies&culture of the unit/ candidate experience minded while being rigorous with a quality collaborative relationshipwithPartnersTA to ensure excellent candidate experiences.
Minimum Qualifications
Mustpossessa comprehensive knowledge of recruiting practices&processes as normally obtained through anAssociates Degree in Business Human Resources or a related field
AND
Two (2) years of experience in a Talent Acquisition or an administrative or a customer service support role in a high-volume work environment
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to follow tasksthrough tocompletion understand & relate to complex ideas / concepts remember multiple tasks ®imensoverlong periodsof time & work on concurrent tasks / projects.
AdditionalQualifications(nice to have)
Bachelors Degree in a related field preferred
Experience using Workday or similar Applicant Tracking Systems

Hourly Pay Range: $21.95 - $32.92
Pay is based on experience skills and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
