This role supports the Global Talent Acquisition Organization within the Operations & Innovation team focusing on both talent acquisition enablement and compliance-related operations. This role partners with global stakeholders Compliance Leads Recruiters Legal Technology and other internal teams to help ensure talent acquisition processes are efficient compliant and well-supported. The position combines background check administration user support training coordination process documentation and change management in a fast-paced collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
- Support Talent Acquisition enablement and compliance programs.
- Manage background check processing and follow up on outstanding items.
- Serve as a point of contact for recruiters candidates and internal partners.
- Review documentation for completeness and compliance.
- Track process adoption and reporting metrics.
- Coordinate training materials guides and process updates.
- Support system rollouts change management and user troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate records and a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree required.
- 12 years of experience in HR Talent Acquisition operations compliance or L&D.
- Experience in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
- Background check or vendor experience preferred.
- Strong organization communication and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and collaboration tools (MS Teams SharePoint ServiceNow).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment
