As our Talent Acquisition Coordinator youll play a key role in supporting the full recruitment lifecycle by coordinating interviews maintaining recruiting systems assisting with onboarding and ensuring every candidate receives a positive and professional experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate virtual and in-person interviews with candidates recruiters and hiring managers
• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the interview process
• Create interview schedules and candidate communications
• Post and manage job openings across recruiting platforms
• Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Coordinate background checks and pre-employment activities
• Prepare onboarding documentation for new hires
• Track recruiting metrics reports and hiring activity
• Partner with Human Resources to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee
• Assist with recruiting events career fairs hiring initiatives and sourcing projects
• Support continuous improvement of recruiting processes while maintaining compliance and confidentiality

What You Bring

Were looking for someone who is highly organized detail-oriented and enjoys creating outstanding experiences for both candidates and hiring managers.

Qualifications:

• Associates degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1 year of recruiting coordination human resources administrative support or talent acquisition experience preferred
• Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments is a plus
• Hospitality vacation ownership resort or customer service recruiting experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook Excel Word Teams)
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) HRIS platforms or recruiting software preferred
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments
