Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Admin I is responsible for managing and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process from job specification and sourcing through candidate acceptance. The role partners closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to develop recruiting strategies manage interviews ensure a positive candidate experience and meet recruitment SLAs. The position also focuses on sourcing strategy talent-pool development recruitment process improvements benchmarking and maintaining a strong employer brand. Candidates should have recruiting experience ATS experience strong communication and stakeholder-management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects/requisitions effectively.
Onsite 1 contractor position. Regular hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Responsibilities:
Key member of the recruiting strategy team developing and maintaining the required capability and talent. Creates and executes on global recruitment strategies for assigned functional/geographic areas. Responsible to manage interview processes for each recruitment. Manages end-to-end recruitment process from initial job specification development through candidate acceptance. Provides leadership and expertise in broad recruiting solutions and activities to ensure high levels of service delivery. Responsible to review and improve the way in which we advertise job opportunities. Partners with the appropriate internal business partners and utilizes deep understanding of recruitment to develop strategies policy and process for recruitment. Conducts thorough needs assessment with hiring managers prior to initiating sourcing and recruitment activities. Establishes communication strategy with hiring managers for specific requisitions around candidate and interviewer feedback SLAs and next steps. Ensures end-to-end recruiting process is aligned with recruiting strategy. Manages the candidate experience from initial contact through final disposition. Analyzes the performance and success of sourcing strategies at an aggregate level. Continually explores and recommends process improvements. Maintains expert knowledge of talent acquisition trends policies and processes. Performs benchmarking activities. Maintains a solid online presence that keeps the brand in a positive position on all digital recruitment sites. Actively builds a talent pool/network for assigned functional or geographical areas to enhance the efficiency of applicant generation. May coach and mentor more junior team members. Provides training and technical support as needed.

Compensation Details:
Compensation type: Contract (Pay-as-you-go)
Marketplace Pay Rate: $37.60 - $57.10 / hr
Work Timing: Regular hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
