Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server for developing dashboards and reports.
- Proficiency in data visualization dashboard design and storytelling using Tableau.
- Good experience with SQL for data extraction transformation and analysis.
- Experience working with data sources such as SQL Server Oracle Excel and other relational databases.
- Strong understanding of data modeling data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Experience in building interactive dashboards reports and scorecards with performance optimization.
- Familiarity with Tableau Prep for data cleaning and transformation.
- Knowledge of calculated fields parameters filters LOD expressions and Tableau functions.
- Experience in publishing dashboards and managing content on Tableau Server/Online.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end reporting lifecycle and data validation techniques.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports to support business requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations.
- Perform data analysis and ensure data accuracy consistency and quality.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries for efficient data retrieval.
- Build and publish dashboards to Tableau Server/Online and manage user access.
- Collaborate with data engineers and ETL teams to ensure data availability and integrity.
- Monitor dashboard performance and implement performance tuning and optimization techniques.
- Provide production support troubleshoot issues and resolve reporting discrepancies.
- Participate in design discussions and recommend best practices for visualization and reporting.
- Work in an Agile environment contributing to sprint planning reviews and continuous improvements.
