Intern With Geneva TradingGeneva Trading is looking for students to join our systems support team for a systems support analyst apprenticeship next year. Our systems support analyst apprenticeship is a 15-week part-time on-site role that gives you hands-on experienceworkingdesktop and general IT support in the trading industry. Our systems support interns are expected to learn on the job by asking questions applying classroom knowledge andreal worldexperience all whilst learning from experienced IT mentorship by industry pros and will receiveadditionalsupport from the Human Resources team to enhance your experience. This is a temporary part-time opportunity; start date and hours are flexible based on your academic schedule.

As a Systems Support Analyst You Will:

• Respond to hardware and software support issues from employees for Microsoft Office applications (Word Outlook Excel) Phone/Voicemail Printers etc.

• Leverage AI-driven productivity tools and assistants (e.g. ChatGPT Microsoft Copilot) to accelerate troubleshooting research solutions and improve help desk efficiency.

• Assistin supporting and troubleshooting enterprise AI applications and featuresutilizedby internal staff.

• Set up configure and install new workstations monitors etc.

• Install and configure applications as requested.

• Set up/remove user accounts asrequired.

• Track and update IT inventory.

• Perform miscellaneous related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in anassociates or bachelorsdegree program in Information Technology or similar field of study.

• Experience troubleshooting basic networking concepts and Windows OS.

• A foundational understanding of Generative AI concepts and an eagerness to learn how AI is transforming modern IT operations.

• Excellent customer service and general hardware knowledge.

• Physical demands include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with application support and hardware builds highly preferred.

• Prior experience using AI tools toassistwith basic scripting (e.g. PowerShell) or task automation preferred.

• Strong project management experience preferred.

• Prior work experience in Help Desk Desktop Support IT Support or End User Support preferred.
