Systems Integrator

The Sponsor applies technical and consultative resources to accelerate the timely reliable and secure delivery of open source data information and insights. The Sponsor requires a proven and documented track record of support specializing in data workflow system integration and software development to build maintain and educate users on small applications and data workflows that automate identified manual transactional processes by the Sponsors non-technical workforce. The work will be performed within an agile team environment.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Sponsors product owner and program manager to deliver user stories necessary to realize the Sponsors product vision
• Coordinate with multiple entities throughout the Sponsor organization to ensure solutions small applications data structures and workflows meet defined requirements and users are able to apply the solutions
• Apply an agile approach to software and technical workflow development consistent with the Sponsors project management and software development frameworks with a focus on demonstrating and delivering releasable features every iteration and users are able to use them correctly
• Devise communicate and coordinate on data exploitation workflow and technical solutions to open source challenges with technology end users
• Communicate user stories and requirements to the Sponsors main technology group for prioritization and execution

Requirements

• TS/SCI FSP Clearance
• Demonstrated experience working requirements related to data collection and exploitation workflows
• Demonstrated experience leading agile development teams
• Demonstrated experience working with diverse user bases with varying levels of comfort with data and technology; understanding user needs and tailoring user assistance specifically to the needs of the user
• Demonstrated experience guiding and training users in best practices in how to use enterprise technologies or applications
• Demonstrated experience presenting documenting and maintaining instructions for using new technologies and data-driven workflows
• Demonstrated experience decomposing user needs drafting actionable requirements and communicating requirements for technical solutions to development teams

Desired Skills

• Demonstrated experience working Sponsor requirements related to data collection and exploitation workflows
• Demonstrated experience tailoring user assistance specifically to the needs of the user whether in one-to-one interactions or in larger multi-user venues.; online and in-person
• Demonstrated experience working in a high-performing team environment
• Demonstrated experience working closely together to collaborate on deploy to production and maintain applications for the Sponsor
• Demonstrated experience working Sponsor requirements related to data collection and exploitation workflows
